The first release of our summer collection. MER is the definition of a lazy summer bathed in the sunshine of the picturesque Ibiza

As every year, we have prepared for you the MER summer collection. From now on, its first release, the MER I, is available. It is the definition of summer, carefree and timeless style. Zuzanna Wachowiak and Blanca Jordan's sophisticated designs were photographed on glamorous Ibiza, and the rawness of the scenery is a perfect background to present the women's summer collection, which is going to make its way into our wardrobes for years to come.

We understand women's needs perfectly and the new summer collection MER I is the answer. It's a story about the perfect combination – classic cuts, elegant prints, the best fabrics, all with accents that fit in with current trends. However, these are not dresses for one season, we already know that we will experience every holiday in them because what characterises the collection is a timeless style, ideal for every occasion.

In MER I, we have prepared for you some elegant maxi, midi and mini dresses as well as an indispensable element of summer styling, which is comfortable flip-flops. The fabrics used to make them impress with their sophistication, while the painted, floral prints add a touch of sophistication to the designs. We have not forgotten the energising magenta, the colour of the year, in the collection either. Each dress impresses with its original cut and interesting details – multiple ties, cut-outs revealing tanned legs, coming back creases, delicate embroideries and openwork, open back or romantic puff sleeves.

‘When designing the MER I collection, we thought about our customers who want to celebrate their femininity and a natural look. And summer is the perfect occasion for this. Flip-flops, an airy dress, a basket, a sun-kissed body and hair messed up by sea salt and wind is definitely the vision we had in mind when creating this drop." – Zuzanna Wachowiak, designer and co-owner of the brand.

The dresses in the collection are perfect for any summer occasion such as parties, outdoor dinners, family garden parties, everyday errands and relaxing on the beach. By matching them with the right accessories, we can create finished outfits. Add heeled sandals and an envelope handbag to your dresses for an elegant look, big glasses and flip-flops for big-city adventures, and a straw hat and basket for a carefree day at the seaside resort.
The photos promoting the MER I drop were taken on the majestic and stunning Ibiza. The collection is presented by Maria Peña, who stood in front of Linda Wit’s camera and enchanted us with her natural and feminine look.
