Yes, you can add and remove products. Please note that products added to the cart are not automatically reserved and can be purchased by other customers. If a product is not available at this stage, you will see a relevant notification.
In our online store, there is a section on the product sheet where you can check the availability of a given product in a selected boutique. Simply click CHECK AVAILABILITY IN STORES and contact a selected store or Customer Service to place an order.
In such a case, click NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE, which pops up when a product is out of stock in the online store. Once you click that, you will be able to subscribe to get an email when that item is available.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders in our store.
An order which has not been paid can be cancelled. To do that, please contact Customer Service via phone or email, and provide your order number.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can also cancel it. Once your order is packed and ready for pickup by courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

The size chart and descriptions can be found below each product on our website. Each product is measured laid flat.
You can return the products you ordered within 14 days. Please send the products with a completed form attached to the following address: BIZUU Magazyn Omnipack, ul. aleja Katowicka 66, 05-830 Nadarzyn, bud. DC04 rampa 40. More information here. If the “gift packaging” option is selected, the customer has the right to return the ordered products. However, this only applies to the products, and not to the packaging.
