RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM
Complete the return/replacement form attached to your package or download it.

PACKING THE PRODUCTS
Pack the products and secure the package so that it will not be damaged during the transport. You can reuse the packaging in which your order was delivered. Attach the completed return/exchange form to the package.

SENDING THE PACKAGE
Send the package to the address: BIZUU ZWROT, Omnipack, Aleja Katowicka 66, 05-830 Nadarzyn, building DC04 ramp 40 at your own expense.

REIMBURSEMENT
We will return the payment you made to the bank account provided by you. This process may take up to 30 days from the moment your return package is delivered to our warehouse.
